You are eligible for health care and insurance coverage, including 401(k), if you work 32 or more hours per week as a full-time employee. Your eligible dependents may also be enrolled in most coverages, including voluntary plans. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30-31 hours are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and 401(k) coverage. Part-time employees working under 30 hours per week, Per Diem employees are eligible for 401(k) once they work 1,000 hours in an anniversary year.

Home Health
Home health focuses on recovery and rehabilitation. Home health care refers to a wide range of medical and non-medical services provided at a patient's home to help them recover from an illness, surgery, or manage chronic conditions.
Hospice Care
